Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, and all fund balances will be forfeited or returned at the Company's sole discretion.

2.2 Citizenship & Location Requirements

• You must be a Malaysian citizen or a legal permanent resident of Malaysia
• Registration from regions or jurisdictions that prohibit online betting is not permitted
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation on the 100 Login platform is lawful in your geographical area

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, identification number (MyKad), date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and an active email address. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

3User Account & Security

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100 Login username and password. Never share your login credentials with any other party, including family members.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Security Settings menu
• Log out after every session, especially on shared devices
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

100 Login reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, recent bank statement, or other supporting documents. The KYC process is typically required before your first withdrawal or when account activity triggers a security review. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 100 Login customer support via email or LiveChat. All eligible fund balances will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

100 Login accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• Processing time: 5–15 minutes for digital wallets; 15 minutes–1 hour for bank transfers

4.3 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Cash balances (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn at any time with no additional wagering requirements. However, any bonuses received are subject to wagering requirements before the associated amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5Bonus & Promotions Terms

5.1 General Terms for All Bonuses

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 100 Login are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise

6General Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final once system confirmation is issued. 100 Login reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or other exceptional circumstances at the Company's absolute discretion.

6.2 Football & Sports Betting

• Bets on matches postponed by more than 12 hours will be voided and stakes refunded
• For matches ended early, results are determined based on the score at the time of stoppage
• Live bets cannot be cancelled once submitted
• The Cash Out feature is subject to availability and the value offered by the system at the relevant time

6.3 Poker Betting

All poker games on 100 Login use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Players are prohibited from using any assistance software, poker bots, or collusion strategies with other players. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Betting limits vary by game type, market, and the player's VIP level. Current limits are displayed on each game or market within the platform. 100 Login reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

7Prohibitions & Enforcement Actions

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 100 Login platform and may result in legal action:

• Fraud: Including the use of stolen credit/debit cards, false information, or another person's identity
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering in any form
• Betting Manipulation: Agreements between players to manipulate betting outcomes
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: In any game or section of the platform
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using dishonest methods to obtain bonuses

7.2 Actions That May Be Taken by 100 Login

Where a violation is suspected or confirmed, 100 Login reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Suspending or closing the account immediately
• Freezing and confiscating all fund balances and bonuses in the account
• Cancelling all pending or related bets
• Reporting activities to the relevant authorities in Malaysia
• Taking legal action to recover losses

8Data Protection & Privacy

100 Login takes your personal data protection seriously and operates in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The following are our key commitments:

• Passwords are stored in an irreversible hashed format

9Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

9.1 Limitation of Company Liability

100 Login is not liable for:

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions
